At MidAmerican Beef, every step of the process contributes
to a quality product on your table. Our feed is grown on the farm and is
prepared and mixed under the direction of a nutritionist. Mixed rations for the
cattle at every stage of growth contribute to peak health and performance.

Our Process

Placing an order

We are currently taking orders for whole, half and quarter beef.

  • Order

    Click the link below to select from whole, half, quarter or one of our bundles. An order can also be placed by calling 816.518.3687.

  • Choose a pick up date and location

    Once you have checked out and the deposit has been paid MidAmerican will contact you to discuss pick up dates & locations and go over the cut card with you.

  • Pick Up

    Once you have arranged a date and place of pick-up all that's left is to pick up your order and enjoy your MIdAmerican Beef products.
